Automatic setback thermostats help save on heating costs while you're at work or sleeping. These thermostats can be programmed to raise the temperature automatically before you arrive home or wake up.

For cold areas in your home, we can install additional electric heating.

Ceiling fans help circulate air during the summer. Hand held remotes are also available to control the unit. Some have a built-in thermostat that automatically turns off the fan when the preset room temperature is reached.

Good ventilation is important in your home. We install bathroom exhaust fans, stove exhaust hoods and dryer exhaust vents.
